About the Role

As a cmr Locum Mental Health Nurse, you'll play a vital role across a variety of essential mental health settings:

🔹 Acute Mental Health
Provide immediate, stabilising care in high-pressure environments for patients in crisis.

🔹 Inpatient Mental Health
Support patients in recovery with medication administration, assessments, and collaborative care planning.

🔹 Community Mental Health
Deliver ongoing, community-based support—managing cases and ensuring continuity of care for long-term outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

🔸 Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
🔸 2+ years of mental health nursing experience, preferably with strong case management background
🔸 Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
🔸 Current driver’s licence – essential for regional placements
🔸 Willingness to travel and commit to 12-week locum contracts
